1- Why do you charge $0.99 set up fee?

Since we do not pay commission and publishers receive 100% of sales generated on their website, we have to charge a small fee that helps us to keep this system up and running.

2- What other fees do you charge publishers for participating in Ad Mazda Mass Collaboration model?

Absolutely nothing, there are no hidden fees or charges.

3- As a publisher can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. Simply contact us and request a cancellation at any time. However, we do not refund your set up.

4- In a nutshell what are publishers’ obligations when they participate in your program?

1. Pay a one-time set up fee of $0.99.
2. Do not use any illegal mean to promote your participation, in order to achieve higher sales.
3. Do not display the advertisements on web pages that their content infringing, slanderous, offensive, obscene, violent, insulting or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party, or promotes hatred, violence, child abuse, child pornography and terrorism.

5- Who provides support for my customers?

We provide customer support. However, since a publisher receives payments directly from the advertiser, if you are contacted please forward any support request to us.

6- Do I have to have a website to participate?

Yes. You need to have a website or blog, because you are going to add one line of code to it. However, if you don’t have a website then you can join Genesis Web Search Network and get one. 7- How much programming is involved with embedding the code in my website?

Absolutely no programming is needed. However, you should know a little about HTML and how to copy/paste one line of code to a web page.

8- Can I change the look and feel of advertisements?

Advertisements’ look and feel follows your web page’s design. If you have CSS file, then ads will obey its rules and appear just as if they have been designed for your website.

Advertisers

1- How much it costs to advertise?

Visit the “For Advertisers” page, where you learn more about our advertising model and also the fees. Our fees are as low as $0.99 for a starter package.

2- Can I activate an ad campaign after it ended?

Yes. Sign in to your account and click on the “Activate” button. You will be directed to PayPal to make a payment. Your ad will be activated upon completion of a successful payment.

3- Can I edit an ad campaign after it’s activated?

No. You may edit, change or delete an ad campaign, before it starts. However, if you wish to stop a campaign, please contact us and we will stop it for you, so you can edit it.

4- What is your refund policy?

We do not refund you after you place an ad order. However, in some cases, you may use your credit towards another ad campaign.

5- Do you guarantee any specific results?

No. It’s almost impossible to guarantee any outcomes for any advertising campaign. It depends on so many factors that are out of our reach.
